A challenging functional fitness session to kick off the week. Expect a mix of cardio conditioning, strength, and teamwork to set the tone for the Escape.
Mid-week session designed to build on Monday's effort. Typically features ergs, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements in a fun, competitive format.
The final session of the week. Everything you've got. A true test of the fitness you've built over the week, usually finishing with a team challenge that everyone will remember.
