
A big week of workouts calls for some quality, targeted recovery, which we make a big priority on Salt Escapes. All of our Escape weeks incorporate a mix of daily yoga, guided mobility sessions, massages, ice baths, and guided breathwork, to help you reset and feel your best.
Our hour-long daily yoga sessions are all about slow, restorative movement to help you stretch, unwind, and reset after training. No need to be a yoga pro — these flows are gentle, accessible, and tailored to complement your workouts. We also incorporate breathwork techniques to help down-regulate your nervous system, improve recovery, and leave you feeling fully recharged.
Cold exposure is a game-changer for recovery, helping to reduce inflammation, ease muscle soreness, and leave you feeling re-energised ahead of your next workout. We aim for 1-2 optional ice bath sessions per week, and as with all things on Salt Escapes, we make these moments unforgettable. Each session is all about good vibes and support from your crew — pick your favourite hype song, aim for 3 minutes (but do whatever feels good for you) and jump out feeling those endorphins flow!
